The new path we have taken gave us a chance to reflect on what we are doing for a while. Clients especially appreciate our personal and direct approach. No long wait times and no differences between first-line and second-line support. Immediately in contact with someone competent, who is fully aware of situation at customer’s premises.
Since over the years we have seen our clientele change more and more from private individuals to almost all SMEs, in order to provide the best possible support, we must also adapt our working methods somewhat. Companies often operate 24/24 7/7, this is what you work hard for as a business owner. We therefore take it for granted that you want to be able to reach us at all times for urgent cases, although this is not feasible when only 1 particular employee is fully aware of the situation with a particular customer. Therefore, we have invested in new software to follow up our customers in a continuous way by different employees.
What will change for you?
What will change for you? Little, the support we have been providing to our customers for years just remains the same. Nothing is changing about the tariff plans either.
Our reachability is expanding, for urgent problems we are available 24/24 7/7 at 02/588.22.33. Non-urgent problems are preferably reported via email or our website, although they can also be reported by phone at the above number during business hours.
What will change?
- Same support
- Same price
- New number: 02/588.22.33
- New email:

Why Track42?
If you fold an A4 sheet in half 42 times, this is the package so thick that you can actually get from here to the moon. This is the Track we want to travel for our clients. Cliché granted, but it is a customer who whispered this to us. Who are we to question this?
